Session 1 Registration

Please complete one registration form per child.

Steps to Reserve Classes:

  1. Choose a registration option: *Registration fee covers administrative fees only. You will still need to pay instructors directly before day one of classes,   either out of pocket, or by ordering charter school vouchers.
    1. $100 One-Time Annual Membership Registration fee (Unlocks all 5 sessions of classes for entire year AND gives you priority to be able to register first)
    2. $30 Individual Registration fee (unlocks all classes in Session 1 only)
  2. Select your classes below.
    • By paying the registration fee, it unlocks your ability to register for one or all five classes in Session 1.
    • If you paid for One-Time Annual Membership it unlocks your ability to register for all five classes in Session 1 plus the ability to pre-register for the other four sessions (once classes are posted).
  3. Sign up to volunteer or pay to opt out.
    • To participate in Whole Life Co.'s enrichment classes, we require parents to sign up for one volunteer shift per semester per family. (Our first semester consists of Sessions 1 & 2, so you only need to sign up for one volunteer shift per family sometime between September and December.) 
    • If you pay to opt-out, we will schedule another parent during your shift. If, however, you sign up for a volunteer shift, then need to cancel last minute, it is up to you to find a replacement volunteer.
  4. Pay your instructor directly for each class in Session One (See NOTE on Pre-K Co-op below).
    • For families using charter funds, order charter school vouchers (required by first day of class).
    • For families paying out of pocket, contact each instructor directly to work out payment (required by first day of class).
    • NOTE: The morning Pre-K Co-op is the only class that receives payment here. All other classes require you to figure order vouchers or pay out of pocket by day one of classes.

  • Session 1

    Session 1

    This three hour Co-op is designed with active 3-5 year-old children in mind! Your littles will love exploring a multi-sensory environment that fosters hands-on activities and guided, enriching experiences with a different focus each week, from music, to art, gardening, to movement. Coordinate with teacher for volunteer hours (VOLUNTEER HOURS REQUIRED). This morning Pre-K/K class is the only class you may pay for online. All other classes require parents to order charter school vouchers or pay instructors directly.

  • Perform the magic of mime illusions that make the invisible visible. I'll share with you the secrets I learned while studying with the great French mime, Marcel Marceau, and many others. We'll explore telling stories through body movement and gesture while improving our coordination, rhythm, muscle memory, and movement vocabulary. Wear comfortable clothes to move in. This is a physical theater performing arts class you don't want to miss!

  • Small-group tutoring focused on quality language arts instruction, particularly in writing, students are guided toward becoming independent learners. By addressing individual needs in a safe and supportive environment, learners gain confidence and achieve success in reading, writing, spelling, grammar, speaking, and listening. Limited availability: this is a small group of 4 students, so tutoring can be more focused. *Contact Cathy for specific tutoring requests.

  • In this class, students will have an absolute blast learning basic tumbling skills! They will build strength, increase coordination, and gain flexibility in a super-fun environment designed to boost their confidence and get them moving!

    *Athletic clothing should be worn. Long hair needs to be tied back for safety.

  • Ever wondered what a cartoon of yourself would look like? Now you can find out from an artist who worked at Disney! Go on a journey of discovery as you draw your favorite characters and learn how to design a cast of your own! In this fun and humorous class learn about what makes characters appealing and the principles that bring them to life.

  • Calling all 5-9 year-olds for a creative hour of musical play! This is an ideal age for developing the building blocks of musical skills. Singing together will help students develop pitch and knowledge of scales and intervals. Students will learn their do-re-mi’s and their musical 1-2-3’s, preparing them to play a musical instrument. Through movement, clapping, and percussion, we will build a foundation for rhythm. Creative flow in dance develops musicality and rhythm beautifully, all while students have fun and express themselves!

  • Join our fun and engaging ukulele class, where students will learn to play and perform songs over a six-week period! Through a structured lesson plan, participants will master basic chords, strumming patterns, and reading simple chord charts or sheet music tailored to their level. They'll also learn to sing along while playing, enhancing their musical experience. By the end of the course, students will be ready to showcase their new skills in a final performance, celebrating their musical journey with friends and family.

    Required: Students must bring their own Ukulele

  • In this class, students will work through lessons from the Institute for Excellence in Writing text, Ancient History-Based Writing Lessons. Each week will introduce a new writing technique in fun, easy-to-learn, and interactive ways. Each session of classes will build on the previous session, so a full year of class is encouraged, but not required. Students will be equipped and encouraged to complete a writing assignment at home each week to present with the class. Each writing assignment is based on a topic from ancient history, and can usually fulfill charter requirements for both history and writing.

In this interactive class designed specifically for children, aspiring young bakers will learn the fundamental techniques of creating delicious layered cakes from scratch.Throughout the course, kids will embark on a hands-on journey, mastering essential skills such as cake baking, leveling, stacking, and frosting. MEDIA RELEASE WAIVER FOR WHOLE LIFE CO. 2024-2025 Academic Year

I hereby grant Whole Life Co. permission to use my child's likeness, image, and/or photographs in any and all of its publications, including website entries, social media platforms, promotional materials, advertisements, and any other media-related or promotional items. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of Whole Life Co. and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize Whole Life Co. to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these images for purposes of publicizing or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Whole Life Co. from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. I have read this release and fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.


WAIVER/RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR WHOLE LIFE CO. 2024/2025 Academic Year

I, parent or legal guardian of minor child named above, hereby give permission for my child to participate in enrichment activities and events organized by Whole Life Co., both on and off Whole Life Co. premises, including, but not limited to classes, athletic activities, park time, indoor/outdoor recess, and field trips. I certify that my child is physically, mentally, emotionally, and medically fit and able to participate in such activities and events, and I hereby consent to my child’s participation in such activities and events.

I understand and acknowledge that my child’s participation in such activities and events carries the potential for injury, as well as property damage or loss. Such risks include, but are not limited to those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, lack of hydration, collisions with other participants, travel, equipment, vehicular traffic, and the actions or omissions of my child and/or other individuals, including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, guides, spectators, sponsors, monitors, charter school vendors, and producers and/or organizers of such activities and events.

I hereby assume all such risks of my child’s participation in or attendance at such activities and events, as well as my own participation or attendance as a spectator, volunteer, or in any other capacity. I hereby voluntarily waive and release all claims, causes of action, and demands against Whole Life Co. and Legacy Collaborative, its affiliates, independent vendors offering enrichment classes, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, trustees, as well as, sponsors, producers, organizers, monitors, event or activity volunteers, and any other released persons or entities.

I understand and agree that this Waiver/Release will have the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes that I, or my child, may have or have had, whether past, present or future, whether known or unknown, and whether anticipated or unanticipated by me or my child arising out of participation in the enrichment program.

I voluntarily release Whole Life Co from any and all liability resulting from or arising out of my child’s participation, and agree to hold harmless and indemnify all such released persons and entities of and from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, and demands arising from any injury, death, and property damage or loss sustained or suffered by my child or me as a result of participation in or attendance at any such events or activities, even if such injury, death, or property damage or loss is caused in whole or in part by the negligence or carelessness of any of the persons or entities hereby
released.

I consent to medical treatment of my child if I am not present or available to give such consent, in the event my child is injured or becomes ill during participation in or attendance at any such activities or events, or while en route to or returning from such activities or events.

This Waiver and Release of Liability should be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. I certify that I have carefully read this document, understand its intent, content, and effect, and have had the opportunity to review and discuss it with legal counsel before signing it.

I acknowledge that by signing this Parental Authorization and Waiver/Release of Responsibility, I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risks of death, personal injury, or property damage suffered by me and/or my minor child while participating in any and all chosen activities organized and offered by Whole Life Co. and its affiliates. By signing this Waiver/Release of Liability, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Whole Life Co. and their independent contractors/vendors, officers, agents, and employees from
any and all liability or costs, including attorney fees, associated with or arising from participation in the enrichment program. I understand that this Waiver/Release of Liability will be binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal representatives, my assigns, my children, and any guardian ad litem for said children.


I acknowledge that I have read this Parental Authorization and Waiver/Release of Liability and that I understand the words and language in it. I also understand that this Parental Authorization and Waiver/Release of Liability is valid for the duration of time that my child participates in the current academic
school year.

I am aware of the existence of the COVID-19 pandemic and the governmental orders and guidelines (collectively referred to as "directives"), which include, but are not limited to, recommendations for regular hand washing, maintaining social distance, and wearing face masks in public places. I understand that classes organized by WHOLE LIFE CO. take place in a public setting, involve multiple students, and occur amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. I acknowledge the possibility of contracting COVID-19 or its variants, which could result in infection, severe injury, or even death. I acknowledge and willingly assume all risks and potential harm, including bodily injury, death, property damage, loss, or expense that may arise from participating in WHOLE LIFE CO. enrichment classes. This includes risks regardless of whether or not they are caused, in whole or in part, by the alleged or actual negligence of WHOLE LIFE CO., its officials, employees, representatives, charter school vendors, classroom teachers, and/or volunteers.
